Experience in Test Manager role with excellent client interfacing skills. Ability to lead onshore + offshore teams based out of different geographical locations Testing experience with end user facing applications Hands on experience and excellent knowledge of testing life cycle tools like ALM/Rally etc Expertise in understanding requirements and developing test plans/test cases, data planning and execution. Experience of at least 1-2 years on java selenium automation and must be able to quickly grasp existing automation framework and scripts Knowledge of banking domain is a plus (Preferably Fraud, AML area)
