IT Project Manager - Client interfacing, Planning, Tracking, Execution, Co-Ordinating with multiple teams/stake holders, Status reporting Onsite-Offshore interaction to discuss the progress of daily tasks, manage risks/issues and monitor the project progress Adherence to Methodology, Procedures, Quality Standards Creation and Ratification of Key Decisions for the Project Release management - Creation and Ownership of Release Timelines. Communication of Timeline changes to Support teams Kanban Standups with multiple teams Work with Project team to Finalize Scope of Dev, QA and Performance Testing
