Detailed Job Description:

Should play the role of scrum master for two or more scrum teams Client facing role which involves offshore coordination as well. Daily calls with offshore in IST hours morning Should ensure the scrum team is able to deliver as expected and bring in continuous improvement to teams velocity Should handle and will be responsible for all sprint ceremonies for scrum teams responsible (planning, retro, demo etc.) Sprint wise reports and decks to be presented to client managers Escalation management
