PAS-X and Inmation are leading technologies in MES and data integration, ensuring high efficiency and compliance in production. The MES programme covers the following production processes: Chemical Production, Liquid Sterile, Solid Bulk- and Finished Goods Production. The main tasks for you as MES Project Manager will be: + Drive local implementation on our Chemical Production Site in Lumsås​. + Responsible for project planning, ensuring the agreed quality, schedule and cost. + Defining execution strategy together with Global Project Management Office (PMO). + Managing the scope and ensuring changes are analysed and agreed with stakeholders. + Identify risk and mitigations timely. + Lead and facilitate the local StG meetings. + Be a liaison between the global and local site team. + Drive the organisational Change Management Activities. + Collaborate with PMO to implement the defined Project management practices. Since the role will be responsible for linking the local and Global team, physical presence in both Valby and Lumsås will be needed. **Your future team** You’ll be joining a department called Manufacturing IT/OT, which is working globally and anchored in the production organization in Valby. Besides operation of production IT/OT solutions, the team defines and executes the IT/OT roadmap supporting the digital transformation of production in Lundbeck. This is done in close collaboration with our stakeholders in Production Division and Global IT.
