IT Project Analyst
CTG is seeking to fill an IT Project Analyst opening for our client in Rochester, MN. Location: Remote Duties: Assist with the management of an existing work intake process for IT infrastructure requests using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. Intake, triage, and manage incoming IT infrastructure work requests. Communicate updates and assignments to IT teams and customer stakeholders. Evaluate current intake processes and recommend improvements for future state optimization. Serve as a liaison to internal IT divisions and coordinate with external vendors. Independently manage multiple small to medium-scale internal IT business projects from initiation through close. Ensure consistent communication among stakeholders and IT leadership. Contribute to the improvement of tools, templates, and methodologies. Facilitate meetings, build consensus, and resolve conflicts as needed. Track and report unit activities with an understanding of broader IT and institutional initiatives. Skills: Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills. Familiarity with ServiceNow (e.g., request forms, assignment groups, navigation). Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including Kanban board use and navigation. Ability to manage/support intake processes and conduct process improvement assessments. Understanding of IT systems and workflows, particularly in healthcare settings. Experience: Experience with IT infrastructure projects (e.g., server, telecom, network, data center migrations or refreshes). Experience working in 24x7 hospital or healthcare environments. Proven ability to communicate project status updates effectively with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities and facilitating process improvement. Education: Required: Bachelor’s degree and training/experience in Information Technology or Business Management, OR Associate’s degree with 2 years of technical experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Management. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
