Monitors and takes corrective actions to restore services in production operations within the following areas: Data Center Operations, Desktop Operations, Network Operations, Server and Storage Operations, Cloud Operations and LAN/ID Administration.Monitors system and application dashboards for anomalies as defined by the assigned IT Service Area.Understands and works on resolving problems in the areas monitored under the guidance of a Senior or Lead Operations Specialist.Fulfills services from the Service Catalog of the area(s) supported (Desktop, Server, ID Management etc.).
