The Product Owner Proxy will align with several SI Electrical Products stakeholders, to facilitate and coordinate agile development activities across multiple SAP development teams. As a key member of the agile delivery organization, you will focus on supporting multiple Product Owners and development teams to ensure efficient delivery of SAP solutions that meet business requirements. Working closely with the Product Owner Proxy lead, this role will be instrumental in managing priorities, sprint planning, and coordinating successful project implementations. This is a hybrid position located in our Peachtree Corners / Alpharetta locations You’ll make an impact as you: Demonstrate strong SAP knowledge and agile experience and effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery. You will partner with our teams on a wide variety of activities including, but not limited to: Sprint planning and backlog management User story refinement and prioritization Release coordination and cutover planning Stakeholder communication Resource capacity planning and allocation You will have the opportunity to apply your existing SAP and agile expertise while developing deeper understanding of business processes and finding ways to improve delivery efficiency. The position offers the opportunity to influence delivery strategies and provide guidance/support to development teams by applying agile methodologies and SAP standard processes. What you will be doing: Partner with the Product Owner Proxy Lead to establish consistent practices across teams Support product owners in backlog grooming and prioritization activities Facilitate sprint planning sessions and daily standups when needed Plan and coordinate release activities, including cutover schedules and testing Proactively engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve blockers Ensure proper documentation of requirements and technical specifications Track and report on sprint progress and team velocity Support continuous improvement initiatives for agile practices Build relationships with development teams and business stakeholders Coordinate with global IT teams on shared initiatives You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in IT project delivery Solid understanding of SAP modules and implementation lifecycle Demonstrable experience applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Experience with release management and cutover planning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Superb communication and collaborator management abilities Ability to work effectively with distributed teams Experience with agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) Ability to travel 5% Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The pay range for this position is $89,670 - $153,720 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
