Position Overview

The IT Product Owner Sr role will be a team member within MF Technology Operations, Service Delivery and Infrastructure team, support Freddie Mac's Multifamily Division. This role will support the delivery of MF application and environment stability and availability, delivery issue resolution, business process, data and technology solutions for operational business processing and timely internal and external user issue resolution.

Your Impact

You are critical to the success of our MF Technology department, working within the Operations, Infrastructure and Service Delivery function in a horizontal capacity, to include across MF Architecture, Development, Program Enablement, Product teams, internal and external business users to deliver operational business process solutions as part of overall technology delivery, enhance application operational availability, stability, issue and incident resolution. 

Analyze, develop, and implement solutions for process improvements, troubleshooting, production support, production operations, and configuration management.

Work on issues where analysis of situations, data or documentation requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational and project objectives.

Capture, update, and simplify production support resolution activities, production operations processes, use of tools & capabilities for sustainability & applicability.

Build practices, processes, and communication channels across departments to enhance application and operational controls compliance, including awareness, daily practice integration, evidence collection, successful completion, complexity reduction, and resource utilization.

Develop resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of ingenuity and creativity.

Serve as the organization spokesperson on specialized projects or programs as applicable.

Act as advocate for business and customers using Multifamily applications and tools to ensure delivery of timely, responsive, and customer focused solutions to issues, requirements, and processes.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 -7 years of professional experience

College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred

A successful candidate will have demonstrated both organizational excellence and a deep empathy for relationship building

You will understand how to influence to drive change and move the organization forward

Highly organized and thoughtful communication

Experience working with a team in a fast-paced setting

Superior time management, task management, customer service, flexibility, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills

Experience translating vision into strategy and operationalizing it

Collaborator and Influencer: Ability to create partnerships, build trust, influence and foster relationships with a diverse set of teams in order to drive strategy and programs

Driving Results: Builds organizational capabilities, identifies metrics for success and evaluates programs against them

Problem Solver: Experience taking complex problems and creating a framework or solution that can be applied across different functions/domains to allow for easier navigation of Freddie Mac

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $122,000 - $184,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
