What you’ll doThe role of IT Product Manager is 100% dedicated to the work related to a specific value stream, overseeing the roadmap of the value stream and ensuring the build in quality of the product (processes, documentation). The role is responsible to bridge the gap between teams, internal development organization and variety of customers.
More specifically you will:
Oversee the value stream program execution Design solution & context to ensure solution fit to wider product family contest – in the context of product requirements Align effectively the backlog among squads, participating in the value stream Create, improve and establish product management and development processes Build and align the program backlog of Epics, prioritize Epics across delivery teams to achieve business objectives and manage dependencies across teams Establish and monitor value stream OKRs and KPIs Participate in PI planning with other Product Owners making sure that mid to long term product requirements are considered Participate in Squad reviews, Program Demos and Program Retrospectives sessions Who you are MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems 3+ years of experience in developing a product and managing all aspects throughout its lifecycle Strong technical background and knowledge of the software application industry and services Experience working with internal and external business partners, driving and completing concurrent projects on time and within budget Proven ability to read a business document and translate it into high level technical requirements Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and organization skills Strong communication, analytical and logical reasoning skills Ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams Self – motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple balls Experience working with agile methodologies and apply agile ways of working is strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek & English and with both technical and business audiences JIRA/Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent experience is preferred Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
