Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced **IT Product Manager** to lead the rollout of GenAI-driven IT products across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in P&C Claims and Underwriting processes, and a proven track record in Change Management to support the adoption and governance of GenAI initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** • Lead the end-to-end rollout of GenAI-enabled IT products across various insurance LOBs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. • Develop and implement a Change Management Plan to address challenges related to scale, complexity, and adoption of GenAI initiatives. • Drive the creation and execution of a formal GenAI Innovation Process, including ideation, development, and deployment phases. • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and ROI of GenAI use cases. • Ensure governance and prioritization of GenAI initiatives based on business value and strategic alignment. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain alignment through structured communication and feedback loops. • Deploy Change Management tools to support training, communication, and adoption efforts. **Required Skills & Experience:** • 10+ years of experience in IT Product Management within the Insurance industry, with a focus on P&C Claims and Underwriting. • Proven experience in rolling out enterprise IT products and managing large-scale transformation programs. • Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and their application in business processes. • Expertise in Change Management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci). • Experience in developing and executing Change Management Solutions that deliver: • Improved adoption • Streamlined communication • Governance and prioritization • Innovation process formalization • Stakeholder alignment • ROI-based decision-making • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** • Certifications in Product Management, Change Management, or Agile methodologies. • Experience working with AIG or similar global insurance organizations. • Familiarity with GenAI platforms and tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.). **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
