We are looking for an **IT Business Analyst** to join **Lenovo’s Worldwide (WW) Sales IT team** ! Ready to take your career to the next level? As an IT Product Analyst You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and providing data-driven insights. If you're passionate about technology and ready to make a difference, we want you in our team in Bratislava, Slovakia! **What You will do:** + Act as a **bridge between business stakeholders (Sales, Solution Architect,** **Product Release Operations** **, etc) and IT development teams** , translating business needs into technical requirements. + **Elicit, analyze, and document** functional requirements for WW IT systems, including **Product Catalog, Configurator tool, etc** . + Collaborate with **UX designers, tech lead, developers, and testers** to design and implement scalable IT solutions. + Create **clear specifications** using user stories, process flows, and data models to design solution and guide development. + Support **Agile/Scrum** processes, driving the sprint planning, backlog refinement, and System integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). + Problem solving and production issue tracking **What We're Looking For:** + Bachelor’s degree or higher in **Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field** . + Strong **communication and stakeholder management skills** , with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business teams and technical teams (Developers, Architects). + **Analytical mindset** with a structured approach to problem-solving and process optimization. + Passion for **technology-driven business solutions** and improving operational efficiency. + **3+ years of experience** as a Business Analyst in IT systems + Experience in UX design and proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and business process modeling (UML, BPMN, or similar). **Preferred skills:** + Experience with process modeling tools + Certifications in business analysis or project management + Knowledge of data governance principles. **What we offer You:** + A multitude of professional and personal opportunities + Charity, volunteering, ESG Activities,... + An international organization with a high focus on all types of Diversity in the team + 3 sick days per year + Additional vacation days + 100% sick leave compensation up to 2 months per year Base gross monthly salary starts from 1 800 EUR.
