IT Process Specialist with Dutch
As an IT Process Specialist, you will work in a small team and closely collaborate with the Technology department in The Netherlands. You will support various departments by performing standardized tasks, resolving and managing tickets, and handling administrative duties. Your role is to deliver a high quality of service and make sure all queries are resolved in a timely manner. Our Center of Excellence (CoE) is located in Cracow and this is a hybrid role with high flexibility. On average you are expected to be in the office two days a week.

What the day will look like
The role is located in a newly created team which gives great possibilities for personal development and own initiatives!
Day to day responsibilities include:
+ Support IT Process Manager Work on standardized IT activities (mostly in the form of tickets in different systems)
+ Ownership in transition of new IT activities from local teams into the CoE
+ Analysing processes and pro-actively work on improvements to improve the ways of working
+ Take ownership in improvements and automation projects
How this opportunity is different
The team will work in close cooperation with colleagues based in The Netherlands. The primary objective is to transition responsibilities from local teams and provide them with daily support. In addition to that, the team aims to optimize processes to improve efficiency.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
+ Comprehensive expertise in Microsoft Office.
+ Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
+ Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous process improvement.
+ High proficiency in both Dutch and English languages, as well verbal and written communication.
