Your mission: Our IT Quality Assurance Team is dedicated to meticulously assessing, validating, and refining IT processes, software development procedures and project/product deliverables. We strive to ensure adherence to company standards, mitigate risks, and enhance overall quality.
In that context, we are seeking for an IT Process Analyst to analyze, design and implement efficient IT processes to optimize our IT department’s operations. In this role, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will apply project and product methodologies to ensure successful implementation and alignment with IT and business objectives.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in IT process analysis, a deep understanding of information technologies, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment within a dynamic setting.

Analyze, review, update and improve our existing processes related to project, product and service management in a way for identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks and potential areas of improvement; Implement process modifications and improvements in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring seamless integration into operations;Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of IT processes within projects, products and services, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and quality; Provide support, up-to-date documentation and training to end users and teams involved in executing our processes, ensuring successful adoption of new methods and technologies; Organize workshops and maintain communities to engage IT teams, identify problems, and collaboratively find solutions.

Have excellent understanding of IT processes, standards and methodologies (Project and Product); Are able to analyze, document and model IT processes using appropriate tools and techniques, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation); Are able to effectively communicate with internal teams using verbal and written skills to present information clearly and concisely; Are flexible to adapt to rapid changes and new technologies, as well as the ability to effectively manage priorities in a dynamic environment; Show extensive experience with various project management approaches (Agile, Waterfall, V-Model) and frameworks such as SCRUM, SAFe, Hermès, or Prince2;Are familiar in ITIL principles; Possess some knowledge of DevOps, it is an asset; Have previous experience with Lean Six Sigma, it is an asset; Show proficiency in Power Platform Suite, it is an asset; Are customer-oriented, empathic, open-minded, result-oriented, honest and accountable; Have a proactive approach and a team spirit mindset; Are fluent in English and/or French.…You are the candidate we are looking for!
