Establish and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency. + Data Integration: Design and implement solutions for integrating data from various sources, including internal and external systems. + Data Security and Privacy: Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data through appropriate security measures. + Collaboration: Work with various teams, including business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers, to understand data requirements and implement data solutions. + Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize data systems to ensure efficient data access and processing. + Data Quality Management: Implement strategies and processes to maintain high data quality. **Scope** **:** + Reports to Group Manager of Data and Analytics + Collaborates with other IT personnel, business stakeholders, and end users + Manages own time + Uses experience and skills to assist other department members + Meets targets assigned **Qualifications** **What You'll Bring** **Education & Experience** **:** + Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering + Work experience: 8+ years as a Cloud Solutions Architect or Data Architect + Knowledge of data governance and security principles. + Deep knowledge of Azure data tools and OpenAI. + Strong understanding of database technologies, data modeling, and data warehousing. + Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques. **Problem Solving** **:** + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Identify and research problems + Determine logical solutions + Use broad systems thinking + Be creative/innovative **Communications** : + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills + Communicate plans, status, and issues to management and relevant stakeholders regularly + Ability to influence and persuade management on areas of business improvement and platform best practices is a significant competency **Other Requirements** **:** + Remote role + Must be available for occasional on-call support as required + This position will require travel as needed, but less than 10% **Benefits & Perks - What's In It For You:** Panasonic prioritizes total wellbeing.
