Job Description
Insight Global is seeking IT Portfolio Manager to join our IT Portfolio Management team. The primary role of the IT Portfolio Manager is to support the IT impacted portfolios to govern and report on IT investment and health. The IT Portfolio Manager proactively collaborates and aligns with Business Relationship Managers, Project Management Office, Finance and Senior Leadership and others involved in the definition and delivery of the initiative. Must have a strong understanding of IT estimation; monitoring actual to planned and identifying trends to improve estimate accuracy. Demonstrates a strong background in relationship management, consulting, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), conflict mitigation, building alliances, and achieving desired results. ServiceNow experience preferred.
Compensation: $57/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
The BRM will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships, understanding the business value of new IT requests, advising business partners on technical implications and solution options, IT portfolio management, and supporting senior members of the team in achieving desired results through the delivery of technology solutions.

Skills and Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
· 7+ years of relevant work experience in areas of IT, healthcare or business relationship management, process engineering, and/or business analysis or other related experience.
· Strong background in relationship management, consulting, or business development within a technical discipline
· Experienced and skilled at interacting with IT and business partner senior leadership (Executives, C-Suite, stakeholders, etc.)
· Strong business IQ – has a deep understanding of the business unit operations, operating model, and priorities.
· Knowledge of business operations that support functions within the acute care setting of patient care · Previous information technology experience to include project management and/or core information technology fundamentals of service management highly desired
· Previous experience working within or with hospitals (Acute care)
· Clinical experience, licensure, education and/or proven knowledge within one or more of these areas will be greatly beneficial
· PMP certification
