Do you enjoy Planning, Reporting & Analysis? Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Planning & Financials, you will support the planning, reporting, and analysis of department and project financials for the IT division. You will work closely with managers and project managers on an ongoing basis to forecast expenses, explain variances, and identify cost efficiencies. You will prepare financial reports, executive decks and KPI dashboards to be presented to leadership. You will also collaborate with procurement and contract owners to manage expense requisitions and invoices.

About the Role
Financial Planning and Forecasting
Support the monthly forecasting process for the IT divisionCollaborate with IT managers and project managers to analyze budgets and forecasts, identify savings opportunities and mitigate financial risksPrepare the leadership monthly financial updates including the operational and project portfolio budgets, headcount and chargeback forecasts, ad-hoc analysis, and KPI dashboardsRequisition and Invoice Management
Create requisitions in collaboration with contract owners and procurementValidate and process invoices in an accurate and timely manner.Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and resolve issuesAnalysis, Process improvement and Reporting
Consolidate information from various internal and external sources, conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, and deliver solutionsDrive process efficiencies, simplification, automation, and standardization across the IT division to deliver consistent and accurate expense management practicesSupport the analysis and implementation of total cost of ownership (TCO) strategiesProduce detailed and flexible financial reporting and dashboards using various BI toolsAbout You
University Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fieldOver 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and managing requisitions and invoicesProficient with the entire MS Office suite - advanced knowledge of Excel (functions, vlookup, pivot tables)Experience with SAP would be an assetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsThere is a world of opportunities at the LCBO…
