Job Description A leading company in the healthcare space is looking to add an IT Performance Monitoring and Reporting Manager to the team. The IT Performance Monitoring and Reporting Manager is responsible for establishing and leading a comprehensive IT operational monitoring and reporting function. This role ensures adherence to security policies, effective vulnerability management, and application performance against KPIs and SLAs. The manager will work closely with the Information Security Officer (ISO) and security team to operationalize data, create dashboards, and provide leadership visibility into security posture, incident trends, and IT performance. By implementing proactive reporting and accountability measures, this position will drive continuous improvement and reduce longstanding vulnerabilities. Key responsibilities include consolidating and analyzing security scans, tracking remediation efforts, automating KPI reporting, enforcing SLAs, and presenting actionable insights to leadership. Skills and Requirements - 7+ years of experience in IT Operations, with a focus on monitoring, reporting, and security operations - Strong familiarity with security scanning tools and vulnerability management systems (hands-on experience preferred). - Experience in remediating security vulnerabilities with a collaborative approach. - Proven track record of operationalizing IT monitoring programs and reporting on performance metrics. - Ability to develop dashboards and reports, leveraging tools like Jira for tracking incidents and SLAs. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership regularly. - Knowledge of security frameworks such as HITRUST, NIST, ISO 27001, and regulatory standards like HIPAA. - Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and SLA management. - Experience in the healthcare or PBM industry, preferably within a regulated environment. - Familiarity with FedRAMP certification processes. - Experience working with application performance monitoring tools null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
