Your mission will be…

·       Supporting the maintenance and evolution of the communication concept of the strategic learning portfolio, including communication architecture, key messages, channel definition, and stakeholder alignment.

·       Developing and executing communication campaigns for the strategic learning portfolio

·       Creating and distributing engaging communication measures across multiple channels (e.g. Newsletter, Social Media)

·       Collecting and analyzing metrics on communication measures and channels to derive insights and implement improvement measures to boost communication effectiveness and efficiency

·       Driving the development of parts of the strategic learning portfolio in alignment with strategic goals, internal and external experts

·       Identifying and implementing Data- and AI-driven opportunities to improve awareness, accessibility, and effectiveness of the strategic learning portfolio

We are looking for someone with…

·       A Master’s degree (in progress or completed) in communications, digital marketing, business administration, information systems, business psychology, human resources, or a related field.

·       Strong communication and content creation skills, including audio, video, writing, editing, and excellent proficiency in digital media and related tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Clipchamp, Canva, Common LLMs, SynthesiaAI)

·       Ability to translate abstract strategic messages into easily understandable chunks of information

·       Affinity to collect and analyze data to take data-driven decisions to improve your work and its impact

·       High passion, positive energy, drive, and a can-do attitude.

·       A self-organized and proactive team player with a growth mindset and strong organizational and communication skills (in English).

·       Someone who enjoys staying up to date with learning trends and the latest technology news/application use cases internally and externally.

·       Knowledge of German is a plus.

A 12-month internship with allowance on a hybrid and flexible working model designed to enhance your work-life balance while supporting your studies.
