IT/OT Support Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT/OT Support Engineer responsible for the monitoring of the Terminal IT Health checks related to IT infrastructure. Network, Storage & Compute and Service Request & Incident Management L1 & L2.
This role requires full-time presence at the workplace and is 100% onsite.
Principal Accountabilities
Provide end-user support services, including but not limited to Office applications, desktops, laptops, printers and mobile phones. Provide support, conduct maintenance, resolve incidents and implement change for local IT infrastructure services and assets, requiring hands-on interaction. Including, but not limited to datacenter racks, cabling, network and server equipment. Provide support, conduct maintenance, resolve incident and implement change for local IT/OT infrastructure services and assets, requiring hands-on interaction. Including but not limited to CCTV/Radio/OCR equipment, biometric readers, radio equipment and Vehicle Mounted Terminals. Support the regional IT service delivery team when they require hands-on onsite IT/OT support for incident and change management. Install and replace end-user and IT/OT infrastructure hardware devices. Resolve incidents within agreed service levels. Provide technical expertise for IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Perform routine maintenance tasks. Contribute to and maintain the IT support knowledge base with detailed troubleshooting guides and solutions. Conduct and help on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem solving.Data Center
Support and maintain the datacenter, server and storage environment. Implement and execute remote datacenter monitoring. Resolve datacenter, server and storage incidents within agreed SLA’s. Ensure optimum health and operation of datacenter and storage systems and environment. Ensure full compliance to cyber security configurations and standards.
Critical Qualifications/ Skills / Experience
IT Engineering / Telecommunications education. Knowledge in VMWare. Network and communication knowledge (CISCO Certified is a plus) ITIL Knowledge/Certificate. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.Learning & Career Opportunities
