Your role: You will lead the site-wide IT/OT program at Darmstadt Development, where approximately 280 colleagues develop new products for our Healthcare pipeline. Working closely with IT/OT engineers, service delivery managers, IT/OT architects, and the cybersecurity manager, you will ensure the robust, secure, and compliant delivery of OT services and systems. You will own program and project delivery from inception through handover, meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. You will drive the site’s IT/OT program roadmap, priorities, and governance, maintain an integrated plan, manage cross-project dependencies, and lead the delivery of OT/IT projects by managing scope, resources, vendors, and change control. As the primary contact for departments and stakeholders, you will facilitate stakeholder forums, ensure clear communication, and track progress. You will also manage vendors and service providers, including performance reviews.
Who you are:
Proven experience in project management within OT/IT or industrial automation environments.BA or Master degreeStrong knowledge of OT architectures and standards.Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.Collaborative team player with a background in automation engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.Familiarity with pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing and validation practices is a plus.
