We are seeking an individual with experience managing IT infrastructure across multiple platforms. While we do not require experience in every area, we strongly prefer candidates with a strong operational (L2/L3) background in some of the following: Active Directory, Azure, Network File Shares, VMWare, Veeam, Pure Storage, and Windows/Linux OS administration. Primary responsibilities include: ITSM requests (ServiceNow is our platform) L1/L2 incident triage related to the areas in the job post (networking is out of scope for this post) Partner with Engineers on L3/L4 triage and Major Incidents Documenting Knowledge Base articles Working with stakeholders to change processes to deliver tighter controls, better quality, and efficiency Submitting ITSM automation requirements Preferred Qualifications: Certifications relevant to job responsibilities 5+ year's experience with IT Operations (fields specific to this job posting).
