Your Responsibilities overall perspective:Expanding network infrastructure and GBS and local applications.Servicing and maintaining IT systems using IT support services.Leading projects and modernizing IT/OT networks.Supporting automation initiatives and collaborating on the development of production-supporting software.Key Responsibilities Details:As the IT Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) operations and digital compliance. The role includes but is not limited to overseeing the E2E digital lifecycle for digital technologies and solutions, digital operational excellence and stewardship, daily operations and incident management, Security (Cyber & Information), system continuity, digital foundational project implementations.
Through building a strong partnership with key players you will:
Drive Intelligent Operations & Stewardship for the site, build and maintain a deep understanding of site IT Infrastructure, Network, Solutions, Platforms, and Applications. Oversee the site's IT Operations, including IT operational performance metrics and reporting.Own & drive the IT Organizational Change processes, Incidence Resolution and Root Cause Analysis in the site. Resolve complex problems, build, and improve procedures and facilitate communication. Collaborate with other teams such as Application and Infrastructure and Platform Service Providers during the triage and remediation of incidents.Lead the site towards “Predictive and proactive Intelligent IT Operations/IT Observability”. Define standard processes to drive automation and increase visibility, availability and performance.Manage IT Continuity Planning and Execution, drive IT Security and Compliance at the site based on corporate standards.Leverage ITIL methodologies, project management expertise, engineering insights, and leadership capabilities to foster collaboration across teams, resolve challenges, and achieve impactful results.Drive Digital Operational Excellence projects, to ensure digital foundations are deployed, the site environment remains current, healthy, and compliant. Deliver projects with excellence and no unplanned business impact.Ensure digital foundations projects are aligned through the site masterplan and core Digital Infrastructure is in place in line with IWS progression and key corporate interventions.Activate Data Centricity Capabilities and Culture, own the site Digital Platform architecture and data touch map.Actively contribute to Site Loss Analysis and identify Digital opportunities for Loss EliminationLead by example, to establish a Digital Touchless Flow culture and approach on site & Strengthen the site organization’s digital capabilities by leading skill-building programs focused on digital technologiesJob Qualifications
