Job Description
As an IT Operations Leader at our Green Bay plant you will focus on designing, developing, and executing components of solutions/products, technology, projects, or IT horizontal processes within a team. You will quickly learn new skills, adapt to new systems, and demonstrate application of skills. You will also manage and support IT infrastructure, applications, and services while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Deep understanding of Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, Linux, Windows server administration, networking, and databases to manage key applications and services running on virtualized and non-virtualized platforms.
+ Resolving complex problems, building and improving procedures, and facilitating communication.
+ Resolve complex problems related to IT infrastructure and improve procedures for efficient operations.
+ Leverage software development and open-source solutions to automate provisioning of services, monitoring, and corrections.
+ Embrace agile methodologies to ensure quick resolution of IT issues.
+ Craft and document procedures for Level 1 Incident Resolutions and provide self-service capabilities to Application Teams and customers.
+ Collaborate with other teams such as Application and Infrastructure and Platform Service Providers during the triage and resolution of incidents.
Job Qualifications
Required
+ A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT Manager roles with participation in teamwork and awareness of cultural impacts on work.
+ Basic awareness of Integrated Risk Management and IT Operations.
+ Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to new systems.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
+ Demonstrated cultural awareness and willingness to share perspectives within a team.
+ Commitment to personal and professional development.
+ Ability to define and lead the work necessary to shape team dynamics, organizational culture, or IT practices.
Preferred
+ Bachelor of Science Degree or Bachelor's Degree in applicable field
