We're looking for a strategic and hands-on IT Operations Manager to take the reins of IT infrastructure, support services, and cyber protection across a diverse, hybrid organisation.

Lead IT operations across offices, retail outlets, and remote teams

Drive cybersecurity strategy and incident response

Oversee and deliver top-notch 2nd/3rd line support

Optimise performance through KPIs, budgets, and process improvements

Upskill and mentor a collaborative IT team

Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices

Hands-on approach with experience in tools like Office 365, Azure, Sophos, JIRA
