Domain - Candidate should have experience of working in Payments/Cards/Banking domain.
As an Operations Engineer, you shall be responsible to contribute to the technical operation of RUN IT Electronic Payment resources, the recommendation and implementation of methodological and technical solutions to optimize and guarantee the smooth running of RUN IT operations; and this, while ensuring compliance with processes and regulations.
1.Contribute to the definition of RUN IT procedures in order to ensure service performance
Contribute to the study and analysis of needs in terms of electronic payment operating platform Contribute to the analysis of exploitability constraints Contribute to the industrialization of RUN IT production and the implementation of the business recovery plan Contribute to the definition and implementation of RUN IT procedures Contribute to the writing of patch qualification and testing procedures
2 Contribute to customer support in order to meet availability and reliability commitments
Contribute to the support and processing of requests and incidents related to RUN I Contribute to the definition of production prerequisites Contribute to the management of relationships between customers and publishers/service providers Contribute to the production of activity reports Contribute to the development of maintenance action plans Contribute to the definition of tasks: alarms, scheduling, backups and planning batch processing Contribute to Committees with internal teams and/or clients (eg Steering Committee, Production Committee, etc.)
3.Contribute to user support in order to guarantee the processing of reported anomalies
Contribute to technical support for users (2nd and 3rd levels) Contribute to intervention under deadline constraints during operating incidents (e.g. analysis, diagnosis and resolution) Contribute to anticipating user needs and system developments Contribute to technical documentation Contribute to the monitoring of operating incidents, by analysing the causes and taking the associated corrective measures
4.Ensure shift work or on-call duty.
