This position is an intermediate level professional that provides general troubleshooting. This includes end user support and initial triage of other foundational systems such as connectivity and access to applications and solutions deployed in the area. Some requirements for this position include documenting, configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting current solutions. This role may provide feedback to solution owners. In addition, this role provides basic support to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the network.  

This individual works with divine guidance to provide or support technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the gospel.
