Job summary – What to expect:
As IT Operations Analyst, you’ll be based in the commercial office in Gothenburg, Sweden and support the whole Nordic region.
You’ll provide 1st and 2nd level systems support, maintenance and administration within the organization’s computing environment. You’ll be expected to perform onsite and remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex problems for end-users and recommend/implement corrective solutions.
Your role will consist of installing, configurating, testing, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshoots end-user related hardware and software in order to meet or exceed published SLA’s.
Responsibilities:
Follow the service desk management process. Ensure all incidents and requests from customers are recorded and updated within the service desk system. Escalate support calls in accordance with IT procedures. Receive and responds to incoming calls, Service Desk tickets, and/or e-mails regarding IT support. Enforces the security policies of the organization and follows Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) IT process. Communicates, shares problems and resolutions, and works with the other IT verticals in order to effectively deliver IT services. Global active directory services and related components. Support of Microsoft systems including Server OS, SCCM, AD, Exchange Online and the associated applications they support. Administers maintenance and installation of equipment and system/application software upgrades. Support file structures and user access to all user data. Daily support of highly virtualized global environment using VMware, VSphere and Citrix environments, as well as associated replication technologies. Write technical specifications for hardware/software configurations, installations and deployments and updates within the knowledge database. Collaborates with the infrastructure teams to ensure efficient operation of the company’s IS environment. Provides information to internal customers on the functionality & applications of standard CooperVision IT systems. Daily interaction and collaboration with other technology verticals regarding project planning, troubleshooting initiatives, and day to day operations. Manage local telecommunications requirements and agreements.About you:
We are looking for someone who has hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience, extensive knowledge of equipment support (laptops, mobile devices, etc) and experience with using a ticketing system (i.e ServiceNow)
Excellent communication is required for this role and we require someone to be fluent in both Swedish and English
