To find out more visitwww.lenovo.com (https://news.lenovo.com/) and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **Main Responsabilities** • Responsible for multiple business-related applications' operation & maintenance, including trouble shooting, rapid diagnosis and resolution to user issues/incidents within SLA, response & resolve to user inquiries & requests. • Work with up/down-stream system IT engineers to solve cross-functional issues. • Collaborates with L3 on technical issues' primary analysis & trouble shooting. **Requirements** • Bachelor or higher degree in Information Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • 2-4 years working experience in Java development, Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL, or other common databases is preferred. A quick learner, be able to understand & master a Lenovo business process & relevant technical skills, even if they're totally new to the candidate. • Strong communicational skills, be able to explain resolutions to a non-technical user of the application, experienced in driving multiple stakeholders to alignments. • Strong self-motivation & ownership, support on-call duty shifts out of 5*8 working hours when required. • Java, DB, Business Application Support/Operation experience • English as a working language, Chinese is a plus. • Team worker and quick learner, be able to work with team members cross site. **Resume in English is required** **Additional Locations** : * Argentina * Argentina
