IT Operation and Digital Manager

The Position

The position will cover the two LMA production sites based in Blida & Tizi Ouzou and reporting to the Business Support Director. As LMA IT Operations and Digital Manager, you will be responsible for the performance, continuous availability, maintenance and security of IT Infrastructure at both LMA location: Blida & Tizi Ouzou. You will ensure that onsite IT Systems and hardware supporting Line of Business (LoB) daily activities are operational. You will work closely with IT systems/CE owners to maintain/qualify their respective IT system/CE.

You will be the Digitalisation Ambassador on both LMA sites: Blida & Tizi Ouzou by taking the lead on Digital corporate projects implementation and proposing to Management digital solution ensuring business flawless execution.

You will support continuous improvement projects initiated on both LMA locations: Blida & Tizi Ouzou through their IT/Digital dimensions.

Qualifications

In order to be considered, we expect you to have:

3-5 years of managing the operations and maintenance of IT systems and networks Experience with Microsoft environments Experience with HP servers and Cisco network equipment will be an advantage People Manager/Team Leader experience will be an advantage Experience with cross-culture interactions will be an advantage Curiosity and innovation mindset Strong command of written and spoken French &English.

About the Department

The Business Support department focus is the satisfaction of internal clients (core processes and LoB) and external clients (Affiliate and Algerian patients). The department covers the supply chain, the warehouse, EHS, Finance, Procurement, IT and Security processes.
