Day to Day
Insight Global is seeking an OCM Lead (Security & HR) to support a major IT transformation initiative for one of their largest automotive clients. This role will lead change management efforts across Identity, Security, HR, and Network/IPAM projects, ensuring successful adoption of new tools and processes.
Specific Responsibilities
- Lead OCM strategy and execution across:
- Identity Projects: Okta integration, SAP GRC upgrade, MFA transition, password-less authentication
- Security Projects: Replacement of SIEM, email security, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection
- Network/IPAM Projects: WiFi security upgrades, MS Teams telephony rollout, centralized IP/DNS/DHCP visibility
- Conduct Change Impact and Stakeholder Assessments
- Develop and deliver communication and training plans
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate OCM into project plans
- Support executive sponsors and ensure user readiness throughout implementation
Compensation: $95/hr to $105/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related roles in IT, InfoSec, or HRIS environments
Strong experience with:
Change Impact Assessments (CIA)
Stakeholder Assessments
Communication and training plan development
Executive and senior leadership engagement
Integration of OCM into technical project plans
Familiarity with enterprise-level IT and security transformation projects
MS Office experience
OCM implementation experience within HR Identity processes
§ Onboarding/Offboarding
§ Experience with Intune or Apple Management
Bachelors degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or related field Preferred
- Masters degree in a related field
- Experience with Okta
Familiarity with cloud identity and access management, MFA, and password-less authentication null
