IT Network Administrator

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Network Administrator to join our growing team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be the first line of support for technology-related issues impacting internal users at both our corporate office and retail locations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting our network infrastructure, hardware, and applications to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to internal customers at the corporate office and remote store locations Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware, software, and peripherals Proactively monitor the Fleet Farm network to ensure optimal performance and uptime Analyze network monitoring results and resolve identified issues promptly Support ongoing IT infrastructure projects to ensure stable and scalable systems Perform daily network administration tasks such as log monitoring and switch configuration Collaborate with team members on small to medium-sized technical projects Follow established policies and procedures in line with company goals and IT best practices Maintain clear and professional communication with users and leadership Complete other duties as assigned by the IT Manager and Senior ManagementWhat We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; equivalent experience and education may be considered 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support or network administration role Strong customer service and communication skills, both over the phone and in person Working knowledge of Cisco networking equipment (Cisco certification is a plus) Familiarity with desktop firewalls and client VPN software is a bonus Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructionsExperience delegating and managing contractors
Experience with vendor management in the areas of Critical Infrastructure (Server room power and cooling)
Experience handling low voltage cabling and fiber optic cabling within ranging environments
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us?
