An experienced senior Dynamics 365 (CRM) technical lead responsible for the implementation and support of our Dynamics 365 application. This is a varied and demanding role involving all aspects of implementing Dynamic 365 solutions to support our field techs. The role includes gathering business requirements, analyzing, implementing, installing, configuring, administering, upgrading, and providing technical support, ensuring the efficiency of the application and stability. This role also requires a good functional understanding of software architecture and the ability to work with ITBA/PM (Business Analysts/Project Managers), developers, architects, and infrastructure service groups to support the overall assigned application portfolio.
