**Job Description:**
We are searching for an IT Manager Site services located in Wilson, NC.
J&J Innovative Medicine is expanding our manufacturing capacity with $2 billion investment to support strong portfolio growth and continue delivering breakthrough innovation and transformational medicines for patients. The new facility will expand production of innovative biologic medicines in areas including oncology, immunology, and neuroscience. J&J’s significant supply chain investment ensures a resilient and reliable future supply of medicines to meet accelerating demand for our current portfolio of medicines and our future innovations.
The IT Manager will be accountability to our business, OT and end user community, Delivery and Sustainment (life cycle management) of IT Infrastructure and Application Solutions and Services that will enable continuous manufacturing operations at the site. They will have Supply Chain experience and Infrastructure service, repair and deployment experience and knowledge while adhering to Cyber security and IAPP policies
**Key Responsibilities** **:**
+ Acts as a domain expert on technical design for the deployment of Infra, firewalls, ICE network, IT/OT application integrations, IoT technology enablement capability, Equipment connectivity
+ Liaisons multi-functionally to help identify and build & define scope definition, solution design, configuration, extension(s), and enablement through to final deliverables to comprehensively address specific customer business needs and requirements.
+ Lead projects of various sizes with limited supervision through the Infrastructure and software development lifecycle applying Agile methodologies and tools
+ In depth knowledge of Supply chain Business processes or Manufacturing applications like MES, Historian etc.
+ Performs day-do-day activities under minimal supervision to advance progress towards operational goals with direct impact on achievement of results within area of work
+ Responsible for site reliability, IT change management and planning and performing life cycle management
+ Confident written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Building trusted relationships and effectively managing and influence partnerships while addressing customer concerns.
+ Ability to properly prioritize and deliver adhoc and planned demand
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
+ A minimum of 7 years Infrastructure and Application deployment experience
+ Experience in building and deploying business solutions. Supply Chain experience with systems such as MES is desirable.
+ Experienced with deploying solutions to high standard in a regulated environment, such as Life Sciences (GxP), desirable.
+ Experience in the integration with other echo systems is highly preferred
+ Experience in optimizing processes and delivering upon cost reduction challenges
+ Experience in IT infrastructure delivery, application development and support
+ Experience in managing a team of IT specialists
**Preferred:**
+ Related industry Experience in Life Sciences
+ Experience with Agile Methodology for Implementation is preferred
+ Clear, concise, and respectful communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within company is required
