The IT Manager for Commercial Technologies is responsible for overseeing and optimizing various commercial technology platforms including Salesforce.com (SFDC), pricing systems, sales incentive programs, and channel partner technologies. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of technology solutions within the commercial domain.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the support, enhancement, roadmap for the following applications. Ensure reliable platform and fixing issues within SLA, ensure data security, platform update, etc.
Salesforce including SFDC Analytics.
Pricing platform and Management: PROs.
Sales Incentive Programs: SAP Callidus
Channel Partner Technologies: PRM and E2Open

Qualifications
+ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management, commercial technologies, or related roles.
+ Proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC) administration and customization.
+ Strong business understanding of pricing strategies, sales incentive programs, and channel partner technologies.
+ Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
+ Effective communication and collaboration skills.

+ Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SFDC and other commercial technology platforms.
