Works closely with the Senior Management Team to provide strategic direction and project support to meet the IT needs of the hospital system. Leads to develop excellent IT customer service. Assists IT staff with problem solving and educational needs. Evaluates current health care technology trends and works with the hospital HCIS to meet the needs of the internal customers. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING + Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent degree required for all new hires staring 4/1/14. + 2 or more years of supervisory experience required. + Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred. + Experience in MEDITECH or other Health Information System preferred.
