Kforce is seeking a proactive and strategic IT Manager to lead and modernize our technology operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this high-impact role will oversee outsourced IT services, standardize processes, and ensure system reliability, security, and scalability. This is a remote role, but candidates should be located in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA area. Key Responsibilities: * IT Manager will manage relationships with external IT partners (MSPs, cloud vendors, etc.) to align with business goals and SLAs * Develop and maintain centralized IT documentation and standardized procedures * Collaborate with leadership to assess current IT operations and implement scalable solutions * Oversee infrastructure (networks, firewalls, servers, cloud environments, AD) to ensure uptime and performance * Lead security initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks * Administer user accounts, permissions, and IT policies * Monitor network performance and develop strategies for infrastructure optimization * As an IT Manager, you will support cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and cloud-based applications * Lead internal IT staff (if applicable) and align IT strategy with business objectives
