Support value delivery. + Manage execution of programs/projects to ensure delivery on-schedule, on-budget and within defined scope. Manage project interdependencies. + Manage delivery quality across multiple IT projects & products to ensure adoption. + Support product-centric operating model transition. + Technology enablement – support new platforms, tools, technology introduction, legacy system transition, collaborate with architects & technical leads on solutions design & deployments. + Financial Management - support delivery of the technology financial plan. Collaborate with the Finance team on budget, forecast and financial metrics. **Additional Skills:** + People management skills to manage project and product teams. + Change management expertise – communication, stakeholder management. + SDLC and agile delivery lifecycle + Experience with agile & waterfall methodologies preferred. + PMP certification preferred. + Agile/Scrum and/or SAFe certification preferred. + Proficiency in portfolio management tools (Jira, MS projects, Smartsheet). + Emotional intelligence Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
