Credence has an immediate need for an IT Manager expected to start Late Summer 2025.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to lead and support our information technology operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and leadership, with specific experience in Air Force or Department of Defense (DoD) environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining secure and efficient IT systems.

 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.Ensure compliance with Air Force or DoD governance, policies, and cybersecurity standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and security.Respond to and resolve IT incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Secret Security Manager Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent IT professional certification.Minimum of 6 years of IT experience, including:At least 1 year of IT management or supervisory experience.Demonstrated experience with Air Force or DoD enterprise infrastructure, governance, policies, and procedures.Experience with RMF (Risk Management Framework), NIST standards, and DoD cybersecurity compliance.Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
