Are you a strategic IT leader with a passion for building and managing robust, secure, and scalable technology environments across international operations? We are seeking a seasoned IT Manager to oversee global IT infrastructure. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting business growth across multiple countries and locations.

ResponsibilitiesLead IT strategy and execution across all global locations, aligning technology with business goals.Oversee network security, data protection, and compliance across all systems and endpoints.Manage SQL databases, ensuring performance, integrity, and security.Administer ERP systems (SysPro preferred) and Autodesk Vault for streamlined operations and data management.Implement and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery solutions.Drive cloud transformation using Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange.Support VOIP and VPN technologies to ensure secure, seamless communication across regions.Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and deliver cost-effective solutions.Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering growth and accountability.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.10+ years of IT leadership experience in a multi-location, multi-country environment.Deep expertise in network security, including firewalls, IDS, and vulnerability management.Proficiency in Python and SQL database administration.Experience with ERP systems (SysPro) and Autodesk Vault PLM/BIM.Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.Experience with VOIP and VPN technologies.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or MCSE are a strong asset.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $58.00/hr.
