IT Lead PMO Analyst

Job Description
PMO Analysts participate in the achievement of the PMO's objectives through data analysis, metrics, and trending. They also contribute to continuous improvement efforts. In this role, you will support key initiatives aimed at strengthening governance and structured oversight across program and project activities, including the release process. You will help reinforce repeatable planning practices, ensure transparent stakeholder alignment, and contribute to coordination activities that support successful delivery outcomes. This role requires adaptability, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning in a dynamic environment.

What you will do:

• Contribute to the development of the project charter and recommend trade-offs within projects using reporting tools and data
• Assist in the development of the project scope, alerting the manager of any scope excursions
• Complete assigned tasks according to the established timeline, assisting in the development of a detailed project Gantt chart
• Collaborate in the development of the budget, using reporting tools and data
• Participate in the development of Quality Project Planning and Execution
• Partner in the establishment of risk management plans, providing support for risk analysis and mitigation within the PMO
• Contribute to the development of a Procurement Management Plan, providing data to support supplier selection
• Provide support on rescheduling and resource allocation in the program plan, and assist with program gating processes
• Establish and maintain partnerships with internal and external PMO cross-functional stakeholders
• Produce weekly and monthly PMO metric reports using dashboards and metrics to measure success
• Contribute data analysis expertise for short- and long-term strategic planning activities
• Lead projects and may support high-complexity programs
• Build productive relationships with key partners, including departments such as R&D and Marketing
• Support the coordination of release planning activities, ensuring alignment between project deliverables and scheduled release timelines
• Assist in documenting and maintaining delivery checklists, process artifacts, and templates to support consistent project execution and audit-readiness
• Track and monitor project milestones and phase completion status, escalating delays or risks to timelines when appropriate
• Collaborate on the implementation and evolution of process frameworks, providing feedback for continuous improvement

What you need:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent and 4+ years of work experience
• CAPM or equivalent certification
• Yellow Belt Certification or actively pursuing certification
• Ability to set direction and deliver in the face of ambiguity and complexity
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to succeed
• Performs well under high-pressure environments with firm deadlines

Travel Percentage: 10%
