What you’ll do

As an IT Lead, you  will be responsible for managing critical aspects of Fiber2all's IT landscape, ensuring projects delivery, business continuity, regulatory compliance, and policy enforcement.. Act as the primary liaison between Fiber2all and ADAE, ensuring full compliance with ADAE regulations on the confidentiality, security, and integrity of electronic communications. More specifically you will:

•    Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with Fiber2all's business objectives.
•    Oversee negotiation, execution, and management of IT contracts.
•    Take a holistic approach to address all IT requirements specific to Fiber2all's operations.
•    Understand and manage the High-Level View architecture and needs specific to Fiber2all's IT infrastructure.
•    .Develop and manage budgets for IT projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
•    Implement robust information security and  Data Loss Prevention (DLP) measures measures to protect Fiber2all's data systems and information 

Who you are

•    At least 3 years of experience in a similar position 
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
•    Good Understanding on key systems capabilities (CRM/Siebel, Billing/BRM, SAP)
•    Good Understanding on Telecommunications portfolio
•    Ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
•    Very good oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language 
Nice-to-have: 
•    Previous experience in similar position in Telecommunication industry (IT Delivery or Demand Management) will be considered a plus
•    Postgraduate Degree in Business or Information Technology
