IT Invoice Analyst
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Review and process invoices for IT hardware, software, and services matching invoices with purchase orders and contracts to verify accuracy.Liaise with internal teams, vendors and service providers to clarify billing issues and negotiate adjustments when necessary.Monitor IT budget allocations and expenditures, providing regular reports and insights to department leadership.Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to IT expenditures.Generate ad hoc reports and dashboards to support IT financial planning and analysis. The essential requirements of the job include:Strong understanding of IT procurement processes and terminology.Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

No regular travel required.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Invoice processing, preferably within an IT or technology environment.Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
