We are seeking an experienced Inventory Planning Manager to join our IT Services team, responsible for optimizing IT asset distribution to internal employees across Europe. This role will focus on developing and implementing inventory management strategies, forecasting models, and lean operational standards for both centralized IT warehouses and local office hubs. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with practical inventory management experience to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain inventory forecasting models to optimize stock levels across European IT hubs
- Create and implement standardized inventory management processes for both centralized and local IT office hubs
- Perform complex analysis to understand inventory trends, demand patterns, and system behavior
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key inventory metrics and provide actionable insights
- Develop and implement lean inventory management strategies to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency
- Partner with stakeholders across regions to establish and govern inventory management standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes
- Partner with Procurement teams to develop and execute laptop generational transition strategies, ensuring optimal timing and cost-effectiveness of hardware refreshes
- Create analytical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership
- Mentor team members and share best practices across the organization
