Baccalaureate degree enrollment or Master's degree admissions required. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A). **Job Responsibilities** **​** + Assist in sorting out and analyzing business requirements, communicate with relevant business departments to clarify the goals and needs of data analysis, and form clear requirement documents.​ + Collect, sort out and preprocess relevant business data, including cleaning and verifying data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data used for analysis.​ + Use basic data analysis methods and tools to conduct preliminary analysis on business data, explore the relationship between data and business phenomena, and find potential problems or opportunities.​ + Assist in compiling business data reports, visualize analysis results through appropriate forms (such as charts and tables), and clearly present key information and conclusions to support business decision - making.​ + Track the implementation effect of business decisions based on data, feed back the relevant situation to the team in a timely manner, and put forward suggestions for optimization if necessary.​ + Collaborate with data teams, business teams and other relevant teams to promote the smooth development of data - related business analysis work.​ **Job Requirements** **​** + Currently studying for a bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or other related majors.​ + Have a basic understanding of data analysis concepts and methods, and be familiar with common data processing tools (such as Excel) is preferred; experience in using data analysis software (such as Python, R) is a plus.​ + Have good logical thinking ability and sensitivity to data, be able to find key points from complex data and business information.​ + Have strong communication and expression skills, be able to clearly convey analysis ideas and results, and have good teamwork spirit.​ + Be proactive in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to adapt to the rhythm of business work and learn relevant knowledge and skills quickly.​ + Have a certain interest in business analysis, and be willing to explore the combination of data and business. **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
