Your Key Responsibilities

 

Providing IT support to employees Contacting 3rd support level directly Managing incident log Installing new devices, taking care of equipment lifecycle Contacting IT equipment suppliers and external support Performing technical activities in IT datacenter/room Participating in regional IT meetings, ensuring information exchange Participating in employee onboarding process and IT trainings Supporting internal IT projects Preparing IT documentation/manuals

 

Your Qualifications

 

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (last year of study preferred) Advanced English and Polish skills (min. B2), both written and spoken Ability to work in a team and international environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Quick learner and solution seeker
