IT Intern + **Location** Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China + **Job ID** 0000026427 + **Category** Administration & Facilities **Job Description** Trainee/Apprentice **Core Responsibilities** • Provide end-user support by resolving incidents and completing service requests. • Install and configure hardware, computer systems, and applications within the factory • Providing onsite support to solve physical IT issues **Play your part in our team succeeding** As part of the Global End-User Support organization, you will have the opportunity to help us to optimize the usage of business technologies to increase the productivity of The LEGO Group, in this case, your focus will be to ensure the JIA factory is enabled with the company IT Technology to support all factory employees. **Do you have what it takes?** • Major in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent is preferred • Knowledge of common operating systems and office software • Proficient in Mandarin and capable of communication in English • Be able to work at least three days per week Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
