Job DescriptionSolving, escalating and tracking of system incidents according to the defined Service LevelsAnalyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by usersPerforming operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)Cooperation with other support teams within the entire organizationBuilding up and contributing to Knowledge Base

QualificationsIT operational support experienceDeep technical knowledge in the technical domain of Operation systems (Windows, Linux), Virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), StorageKnowledge of IT infrastructureGood English skills(written and spoken)Ability to work in a teamStress-resistanceWillingness to learn

NICE TO HAVE:

ITSM knowledge (ITIL certification would be an advantage)
