Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers.Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with vendors.Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and effective manner.

IT Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.Ensure the infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable to meet the company's needs.Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Asset Management:

Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software.Ensure proper lifecycle management of IT assets, from procurement to disposal.Conduct regular audits of IT assets and update records accordingly.Optimize the use of IT assets to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Project Management:

Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals.Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor degree or higher in related fields IT, Computer Engineering10 years experienceProfessional certification in related systemTeam management : 2 to 3 years experience as manager or lead
