By joining United Site Services, you will be part of an organization that values continuous improvement, teamwork, and excellence in every aspect of our business. **Primary Purpose** This position is responsible for the district-wide implementation, maintenance ad administration of VDI environment. **Essential Functions** + Install, configure, and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure systems, including servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix), storage, and backup solutions. + Provide advanced support for End User Computing (EUC), including laptop imaging, configuration, and shipping logistics. + Manage and monitor Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, backups, and related cloud services. + Assist with disaster recovery planning, testing, and ongoing DR readiness. + Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation (e.g., streamlining device provisioning, patching, and monitoring). + Perform daily operational tasks such as incident response, system updates, and performance monitoring. + Support IT asset management, procurement, and lifecycle tracking to ensure governance and compliance. + Document infrastructure configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contribute to the centralized intranet knowledge hub. + Collaborate with other IT teams (Network, Security, Cloud) to deliver secure and stable services. + Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support as needed for critical incidents or planned maintenance. **Qualifications** **EDUCATION** Bachelors Degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field preferred. **EXPERIENCE** Mnimum 3 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Windows server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP networking. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
