**Primary Purpose**
This position is responsible for the district-wide implementation, maintenance ad administration of VDI environment.
**Essential Functions**
+ Install, configure, and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure systems, including servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix), storage, and backup solutions.
+ Provide advanced support for End User Computing (EUC), including laptop imaging, configuration, and shipping logistics.
+ Manage and monitor Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, backups, and related cloud services.
+ Assist with disaster recovery planning, testing, and ongoing DR readiness.
+ Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation (e.g., streamlining device provisioning, patching, and monitoring).
+ Perform daily operational tasks such as incident response, system updates, and performance monitoring.
+ Support IT asset management, procurement, and lifecycle tracking to ensure governance and compliance.
+ Document infrastructure configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contribute to the centralized intranet knowledge hub.
+ Collaborate with other IT teams (Network, Security, Cloud) to deliver secure and stable services.
+ Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support as needed for critical incidents or planned maintenance.
**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION**
Bachelors Degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field preferred.
**EXPERIENCE**
Mnimum 3 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Windows server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP networking.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise Citrix environment.
**ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
**Salary Range**
$89,500.00 – $134,200.00 / year
