Position Summary: 

An IT Infrastructure Engineer designs, implements, and maintains the IT infrastructure that supports an organization’s operations. This includes servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of systems and services.

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities of role)

Design and deploy IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems).Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security.Implement automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and management (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid environments.

What You Bring 

Education: Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or related fields.Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Experience: 3+ years in IT infrastructure design and management.Proficiency in system administration (Linux, Windows) and networking (DNS, VPN, firewalls).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).Knowledge of automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet) and scripting (Python, Bash).Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and backup/recovery strategies.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment across the globe.
